Phil Jaman is a catalyst for lasting transformation. Since 2017, he has helped hundreds of clients elevate their health, performance, and lifestyle—empowering them to thrive with more energy, strength, and purpose.

As the founder of PJ Performance Training, Phil takes a truly holistic approach to health, fitness, and performance—because real wellness goes far beyond working out and nutrition.

His coaching blends developing lasting lifestyle habits, with physical training, nutrition, and mindset to create sustainable results that enhance every area of life.

Phil specializes in helping busy men in their 30s and 40s break free from plateaus and claim their peak vitality.
