Phil Jaman is more than just a personal trainer – he's a catalyst for transformation. Since 2017, he has been dedicated to transforming the health and performance of men, empowering them to build confidence and lead happier, healthier lives. As the founder of PJ Performance Training, Phil embodies a holistic approach to health and fitness, believing that true wellness extends far beyond the gym.​

Driven by a passion for basketball, athletic performance, and longevity, Phil specializes in working with busy men in their 30s and 40s, guiding them on a journey towards optimal health and vitality. Phil's online training programs are designed to not only improve physical strength, body composition, and athleticism but also to foster mental resilience and overall well-being to help his clients truly thrive in life.

Head Coach
Coach Collin Ralko has been coaching for over a decade, whether on the basketball court or in the weight room. He's passionate about having a positive impact on peoples lives through fitness, health, and performance.

Coach Collin embodies a healthy sustainable lifestyle himself, and specializes in working with collegiate level athletes and men aged 30-50 to do the same and to reclaim their athletic ability so they can enjoy the activities they love. Having previously been a Physical Education teacher and coach at the junior high, high school, and college levels, Collin enjoys developing relationships and providing mentorship and guidance to empower his clients of all ages to become the best versions of themselves.
